Transport for London (TfL) has urged hauliers to consider re-timing peak deliveries in and around central London to aid its Road Modernisation Plan.
The plan will put £4 billion into upgrading the cpaital’s roads over the next six years, including the Hammersmith Flyover. The plan also features the construction of segregated Cycling Superhighways, with work having already begun in some areas.
