Transport for London (TfL) has revealed its Out-of-Hours Consortium, which will take the lead in reviewing the potential for Olympics-style out-of-hours deliveries in London.
The Consortium comprises TfL, key London boroughs, retailers, London Councils, the Freight Transport Association (FTA) and Road Haulage Association (RHA).
The new out-of-hours delivery trials will start in the next few months. The trials are in response to the Roads Task Force’s report on the future for the capital’s streets and roads.
